The new stadium reportedly cost a staggering $2.1 billion. Major upgrades include a switch from artificial turf to natural grass, complete with an underground heating system, and a curved roof that covers 60% of the seating area. Although the seating capacity has decreased from 73,000 to 62,000, the Bills state that the design brings fans closer to the action and creates an intimidating atmosphere for visiting teams.
