The PFWA announced that Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has been named the 2025 Defensive Player of the Year. This is a recognition of his historic performance this season. The Pro Football Hall of Fame also announced that his nfl jersey will be displayed in the Hall of Fame for the second time.
Garrett set an NFL single-season sack record with 23 sacks in the fourth quarter of the team's season-ending game against the Cincinnati Bengals on January 4th. The record-breaking jersey has been added to the Hall of Fame. When Myles Garrett is ultimately inducted into the Hall of Fame, he will be able to wear this incredible Cleveland Browns jerseys again!
Garrett has had a very successful year, setting several incredible records and achieving 125.5 sacks in his career to date, as well as being named to the NFL All-First Team five times. He won the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award in 2023 and has won it again this year.EndFragment-->
