4. Regal Ancestor Spirit Pillar Locations
The Regal Ancestor Spirit can be fought by lighting six pillars in the area beyond the Ancestral Woods. Follow these steps to Elden Ring Runes locate and light all six:

Enter the Pillar Area: Cross the bridge near the Nokron Grace. You’ll find two pillars near the entrance—light them both.
Find the Ancestral Woods Grace: Hug the left wall and light the first two pillars to find this Grace.
Locate the Third Pillar: Head north, past a large column, but watch for the Lesser Red Wolf of Radagon patrolling the area.
Fourth Pillar: Continue north to a cliffside area, where you'll see giant rats guarding the next pillar.
West of the Fourth Pillar: Explore the overgrown ruins nearby for more items, including a Somber Smithing Stone (5) and Ash of War: Enchanted Shot.
Light the Remaining Pillars: Continue exploring the area to cheap Elden Ring Runes find and light all six pillars.

Once all pillars are lit, you can challenge the Regal Ancestor Spirit at the giant stag altar in the area.
