I'm about to get another chaotic and was thinking about which one would be the most efficient first. As of now I'm deciding between the chaotic staff and runescape buy gold the chaotic maul. I have already got a long and rapier and I'm ok using the ee offhand for that. I have SOL as well as a an wand of treachary/grifolic. I also have BGS. BGS.

The reason I was looking for an axe is so that I can have two-hour t80 weapons and because I'd like to have a crush weapon for certain tasks such as slaying. The reason I want a staff is that for now, I'm using orb/wand. I'm not quite sure if it's more efficient than SOL but I've not tested it. Do you think a Chaotic Staff would be more efficient than the wand/orb combination and the SOL?

At the moment, I'm just killing however I'd like to get back to bossing, but I'll have to use chaotics until I get drygores. I've been maging bandos using the wand/orb with blood barrage dual cast. I'm experiencing no issues. Would a cstaff be more efficient? and what else would a cstaff be good at for managing? I'm hoping one day to get to nex but idk what's useful anymore.

Hello everyone, I've been away from RuneScape for a couple of years before deciding to come to the game about a month today. Since the time, I've been pursuing and am looking forward to getting my range level up. To be honest I'm probably doing that 'wrong' as I'm not sure what may have changed in the last EoC because I wasn't around for it! Haha.

My question is: at 57 ranged and hoping to reach 70 or more, what would you guys recommend in terms of equipment to train with and what to work on? I've nearly 1m of money in my bank (the shocking fall of the Abyssal Whip did me no favors!) and if I decided to sell my current range gear I'd likely have around 1.2m.

I'm currently training on pyrefiends and using the following gear: Archer helm/Helm of Neitiznot, blue D'hide body, blue d'hide chaps, blue d'hide vambraces, Ava's Accumulator, amulet of glory, mithril arrows, and magic shortbow. It's worth noting that I've noted above that my ranged is currently at 57 (not that far away from my goal of 58) and my defence range is currently 64. Any suggestions on the right gear to put on, what weapons to choose and what to train on would be highly appreciated!
