You can use your bug net to catch them as soon as they come out of the air. Listen closely and you will hear the twinkling sound of snowflakes as they pass close to your ear.Winter recipes, like other seasonal recipes, must be shot out of the air from a balloon using a slingshot, just like the other seasonal recipes.
