I want to make 90k Sapphire necklaces and then make them alchemic. That means I need 90000 sapphires, 90000 gold bars, as well as 90000 Nature Runes. However, GE will not let me buy these things in excess of a certain amount.

Do you have a reason? (Probably some completely inept motive in relation to rwt). What is the time it will take before GE starts selling them to me again (4 hours? 6 hours? 12 hours? 24 hours? My question is: What do you think are the best arrows to use?

I am interested in the most affordable method. If you want to get good drops, you could train with slayer beasts. I'm equipped with a full torag, fury, whip. I am looking for a good monster to slay that I can CAMP at. This means excellent exp, no food, decent drops. My slayer has only 46 ATM ( I know i'll require 50, so i'll take it) Mage, prayer ranged, and Buy RS Gold summoning are not in the cards because i don't have any good pocket money at the moment.
