Today was the OSRS GP first time I've signed into the site in over three years. It's amazing how the game has evolved. I'm talking about when I left in the year 08/09 and went on to CSS and other steam games, but I'm unable to look back on this game without remembering all the fun times I had in it with people, some of whom are still on this site(tabt, taker, imsleepy goggie, tabt, etc.). It's fascinating to observe how the people who play have changed. It's almost like looking back at the world in the past hundred years. .
There are so many different things in the player base as well as the game and the feeling of the whole. What really surprised me was the absence of chat on clan chat. What's going on? It's incredible how such a drastic change can happen, but I don't think I would have noticed even if I had been in the same place all day long. I believe this is explained by the one post that I made in my profile. It's a totally different place and atmosphere from what you remember.
Anyway, aside the lengthy introduction, I was curious to know if anyone could clarify the basic mechanics of the game. What have beent he major changes apart from EoC? Are there other cities, lands or lands they've added?
I'd like to go back to this game. It's the only game of its type that I was able to enjoy and engage with the people I met along the way. Although I hope to succeed, I would like at least some knowledge of the current state hahahaha.
OK, so I've done things that were not allowed according to the rules pertaining my account. I gave it away when I was certain that I was done playing the game. Recently, I tried to return it. Jagex hasn't responded to my messages. I received an email from Jagex a few times, but nothing. The registered email of the account (which was mine) was altered over a decade time ago. Therefore, it is not possible to get email.
Today, however, legal OSRS gold for sale (at jagex dot.com sent me an email. They informed me that they had evidence of me trading accounts in runescape and/or items that I actually traded in my real life. Okay, that's right. (By the by I've never bought anything. It's not an issue. I'm just trying to let people know that I'm not smart enough to do this. They said they would monitor my account and if I continued to do it I could be sued.
