These charms may be used in two manners. The healer may use them directly on the individual they want to heal. This works nicely, but is harmful for the healer as it might indicate straying from the foundation, (Healers cannot be murdered while inside their foundation. Any attacks on these will only render zeros Cheap RS Gold. That said, if they venture outside their base to heal players, then they risk death just as with any other player.) .
