Also keep in mind that a RS gold twisted recharge using a combination of tokens and gp prices 20k tokens. I'm not sure your current prices but remember that eventually you'll achieve floors that grant 20k litres each day. Considering these flooring can take 23-28 minutes, and I doubt you would have the ability to make 2 mil in this time in frosts, it becomes worthwhile to simply use tokens for your fix.
And although you can't now get that many tokens that fast, keep in mind that there are limited uses to tokens and that there isn't any fluctuation in their value (meaning the tokens you earn now will probably be well worth the exact same theoretically as people you earn when you're 120 Dung). A good analogy would be the idea of saving your effigies till you can do yourself; Either way the ending reward will be the same (Dragonkin Lamp), the only difference is that which you give up in your way to getting there (in this instance xp in various skills).
Lets say you make 100 hits at a mean of 150 damage per successful hit. We could estimate 20 of these hits will be 0s giving you an approximate accuracy rate of 80%. We can factor in the greater precision of the Crossbow, your precision rate increases to about 87% and every one of the 7 additional hits you handle will even average 150 harm of course. So today, your new general average of damage done becomes 130.5 while it used to be 120 (this variables in the 0s).
Now lets compare this to a 5% increase in damage: Your accuracy rate will remain at 80%. Now since each of those 80 hits will probably be raised by 5 percent, the average damage per successful strike increases to 157.5. Now, we'll include your other 20 0s that you just hit per 100 shots along with your new overall damage per shot is 126. So obviously you will get a 20% increase in damage rather a 5% but I'm deducting the damage that eagle eye already provides. Okay, to begin with, rigour gives +5% accuracy in addition to harm in contrast to eagle eyecatching.
Second, CCB is not a percentage boost, but a static boost of +30 range attack within the Rune Crossbow. Obviously +120 compared to +90 is a massive difference, a difference of 33%. However, I'm utilizing range-boosting armour to receive a range attack of +141 using Rune crossbow, so CCB would be +171. Therefore, CCB will probably be just 21% more precise than rune, disregarding the precision increase from Void (it likely does not matter anyway as it stacks multiplicatively) Thus, ignoring the difference from eagle eye, it is a choice of +5% damage AND precision, as opposed to +21% precision. Currently by cheap RuneScape gold canceling out the +5% precision from rigour by dividing by 1.05, the choice comes down to +5% damage or +15.5% precision. hmm.
