Hey guy ty for putting this together, I've a question, lately I've my stock nearly filled with 7+celebrities weapons, I try to maintain what's (in my limited experience) great affixes.

My question is, there is a manual or something that may help me put a cost on those things?

I attempted using the ingame instrument but nearly all of the time there is a major gap between costs and I am rather lost, I've seen 4 celebrity weapons sell for 100k+ meseta and also the same affixes on a greater rarity weapon sell for far less than that.

I dont have a fantastic method of giving you costs other than checking against weapons with the specific same augments. Maybe you're overlooking the affix urge? Weapons with the same reinforces but more augments slots are worth more and vice versa. You can even make a fantastic amount of money just from raising the slots already good augments.

Rarity doesn't matter for affixing augments. In general you wish to search the bolster and see what they are searching for. People really like to minute max attack stats so those are always more precious. You also need to consider the number of reinforces affixed into some weapon. Anything less than three people will likely not buy. Together with three augments you can get around 100 to a single attack stat onto your chosen piece of equipment.
