That doesn't make it to RS3 Because of poor management Issues

It's based on a GameJam 2018 project by Mod Ryan known as RuneScape gold Player-Owned House contracts- content that does not make it into RS3 due to inadequate management issues is recycled and created better and enhanced on OSRS, which doesn't have to manage shitty management and investors up to RS3 does, largely due to RS3 being the cash cow / secondary match.

It will have some fairly unique rewards, like the equippable watched, plank sack, and hosidius wall kit [unlockable wall kits, a characteristic exclusive to and well loved in OSRS] that fit OSRS and its own reward space & doctrine perfectly, too.I do not think anybody really desired construction contracts, theres not much support for it. Remember last gamejam somebody was working on groundwork for EW quest collection, however nobody seemed to care for it, also bear in mind a'gamejam' never 100% means content goes into match, its a session for devs to operate on fire endeavors, or ideas for fun.

They litterly stated they did not really see players druming it up. So many people were drumming up the pvm hub vs not druming up EW4 and other EW quests, so we had an opportunity in the EW quest line being potentally completed or closed to finished, but nah nobody actually wanted it... (Well I wanted it) I blieve the mod working on it stated, there could be 2 more EW quests, and after his job was completed only 1 months worth of work may necessitate being done on it, and its ready to send, he and that had the frame potentallyh done for almost any other quests associated with it, but nobody actually wanted it.One gamejam needed penguin raids in sapce, the musical after all.Mahogany Homes was created at a closed environment by a single Jmod, once it passed the polls a group went to really work on implementing it. If you have a look at Mahogany Homes it is really not a hell of a lot of work behind it, only requiring a couple of new models, apart from that it has reusing assets they've needed for awhile. Oh it had been among those ones created on one of those free time .

I believe they tend to work on stuff first if it's very likely to pass a poll or if they can use the resources elsewhere. In this case it was directly according to a popular suggestion from 6 weeks ago so that they could guess it'd be well received. So they have to perform a substantial amount of the job before bringing it into the survey.

I can not confirm whether or not it's accurate, but Jagex has been on record dozens of occasions stating they don't place significant dev time to pre-poll content. They largely follow the suggestions and roadmap and receive community input pre-poll. I'm pretty certain group ironman was announced at runefest 2017 and has been likely to be published 6 months down the street at the latest. Idk why Jagex makes many empty promises every Runefest; it's like they make these programs and if they get into the dev function they understand it's going to be a whole lot more work than they expected but they're fearful of buy old school rs gold being transparent with the neighborhood about it.
