When I wake up it's into the sound of a"new area discovered" telling, which is not a fantastic sign. I've got one character I have been playing since another who's only and the beta. That so it is the first time that I've been this way east when I wake up on a raft floating at The Mire just north of Valley Galleria. Till I am at level 30 I should not be in this region.
