In addition to updating the campaign to the latest PC version, you can now get the latest update path for Exile, bringing some console-specific changes. Below is the information available for this new update.

Console specific changes

Improved hotspot screen navigation with Buy POE Currency hotkeys to towns, using right-handed bars and hidden hotkeys on the Square. Note: The legend for this screen may be fixed in a future patch.
Fixed some program crashes within the scope of eternal conflicts that may occur in five ways of combat.

Common Delve Fossils is now able to stack about 20 pieces. Rare Delve fossils are easy to stack up to 10. All Delve fossils can stack up to 5,000 in Path of Exile Currency any of the Currency Stash Tab's wildcard slots.
Added maze enchantment for skills: violent, blade storm, blood and sand, chain hook, sprint, flesh and stone, frost, perforation, precision, pride and steel.
The exclamation point above the NPC can now also see the small map.
All of the above are improvements and changes based on the players' suggestions.
